We are a small engineering recruiting business and we like it that way

Since 2003, our modus operandi has been matchmaking, good people with good jobs. 

One of the core tenets in first establishing our engineering recruiting business was the belief that we could do better.  Better in focusing on what our customers and candidates are seeking, better in accommodating specific requirements that every situation needs and providing a personalized touch that only an engineering specialty company can provide. 

The other core tenet that really facilitated the creation of our company was helping others achieve their goals.  In complete candor, recruiting can be very stressful and can you leave with nothing to show for hours of hard work.  One of the beliefs that gets us through the ups and downs of our business is when we place an engineer and that job makes their life better.  It may sound cliche, but at the end of day everyone hopes they can make an impact.  It is very rewarding when we have both a happy customer and candidate, because we found the right person for the job.

Christian Cuendet

Partner

Christian attended the University of Missouri-Columbia and received his BS in Business and Public Administration-Marketing and a minor in Chemistry.

His first job out of college was a technical recruiter with a national technical recruiting company. After his first recruiting job he pursued a career in sales working for a national medical supply company and since 2003 has been an engineering recruiter and business owner.

Christian enjoys reading and lifting weights and spending time with his wife Stephanie and two kids Ellen and Cole.

Tom Boehm

Partner

Tom attended the University of Missouri-St. Lois and received his BA in Communications.

After graduating from college Tom started out as a recruiter and then was promoted to a branch manager of a large technical office in Kansas City. After 7 years of successful technical recruiting and management experience, Tom realized it was time to start a new endeavor. 

Tom enjoys hunting, watching the Kansas City Chiefs and spending time with his wife Gretchen and two kids Claudia and Erik.
